POLICE found a steelworks apprentice with cannabis after spotting him in a car, a court heard.
Brandon Dixon, 21, of Cedar Avenue, Scunthorpe, admitted possessing cannabis on March 9.
Rebecca Dolby, prosecuting, told Grimsby magistrates that Dixon was spotted sitting in the passenger seat of a car and it was stopped on the A15 southbound.
