A SCUNTHORPE nightspot was forced to close last night due to a gas leak.
Engineers from National Grid responded to the incident at the Abacus pub on High Street yesterday (Wednesday, September 9).
A spokesman said they shut the pub for a "couple of hours" as a "precaution" and it is open again today as normal.
