A CYCLIST was taken to hospital after a crash in Scunthorpe.
The incident happened on St Vincent's Avenue, near the junction with Normanby Road, at around 4.30pm yesterday (Tuesday, May 24) and emergency services were called to the scene.
Humberside Police have issued an update on the incident this morning.

SCUNTHORPE steelworkers joined a mass march on Downing Street today (Wednesday, May 25) as they stepped up the Save our Steel campaign.

THE RSPCA is appealing for information after a dog was found collapsed in Scunthorpe.
According to reports, the Jack Russell Terrier-type dog was found suffering in woods in the town and had to be put to sleep on "humane grounds".
