Engineering aces take part in egg boiling survival challenge
TEAMS young and some a bit older took part in the inaugural Engineering Challenge at Budd VC Barracks in Scunthorpe this afternoon (Wednesday, October 12).
11 teams from North Lincolnshire and beyond had to figure out how to boil an egg using limited resources in a survival challenge that could one day save their lives.

North Lincolnshire acting star Sheridan Smith is set to appear in a new art exhibition next month.
The exhibition will focus on inspiring women from Lincolnshire and Sheridan, who is originally from Epworth, will feature alongisde Jennifer Saunders, celebrity chef Rachel Green and paralympic skier Jade Etherington, in the Femmes of the Fen event.
