POLICE have released fresh CCTV images of a man they wish to speak following a double "stabbing" in the Frodingham Road area of Scunthorpe.
Humberside Police has also confirmed a 20-year-old man and a 29-year-old men, who were taken to hospital with "serious, non-life threatening" injuries after the incident, have both been arrested.
