A MAN has appeared in court charged with aggravated burglary and possession of an imitation firearm, following an incident on Foxhills Road in Scunthorpe on Wednesday (September 23).
Luis Felipe Urbano Dias Caio, 24, of Smith Street, Scunthorpe, appeared at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court this morning (Friday, September 23).
He is also accused of robbery, theft of a vehicle and possession of cannabis and was remanded in custody, to appear at Grimsby Crown Court on Monday, October 12.
