The title chosen by the leading North Lincolnshire politician who is being given a place in the House of Lords has been officially reported in the London Gazette - the journal of official announcements.
Councillor Liz Redfern, who is the leader of North Lincolnshire Council and a member of Epworth Town Council, is adopting the title Baroness Redfern of the Isle of Axholme.
She was among 45 new peers announced by Prime Minister David Cameron in this summer's Dissolution Honours List.
