North Lincolnshire Council is now undertaking an annual review of how much it charges individuals and groups to take part in sport and leisure.
The council provides facilities for swimming, golf, football, hockey, cricket and a range of other activities.
It operates leisure centres and grounds.
A decision on whether to alter any of the current fees will be taken by Councillor Carl Sherwood, a member of the council's cabinet, after July 27.
