A North Lincolnshire medical surgery which has complained about patients missing appointments should 'give the full picture' - according to a local resident.
Nick Turner, of Westfield Road, Barton-Upon-Humber, told the Scunthorpe Telegraph that the number of people missing their appointments at Barton's Central Surgery, as reported by the paper, "is a shocking waste of valuable resources and is completely inexcusable."
