The following offender was dealt with at the Court Centre in Laneham Street, Scunthorpe, with North Lincolnshire magistrates hearing the matter and passing sentence:
MARK ANTHONY BOUSTEAD, 35, of Frodingham Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to theft. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and a criminal courts charge of £180.
