Up to 25 properties are expected to be auctioned at DDM's final northern Lincolnshire auction of the year.
It will be held on Tuesday, November 24 at Forest Pines, Broughton.
Registration on the day is from 6.30pm, with the auction starting at 7pm.
The lots include homes in Scunthorpe, Brigg, Ulceby, Scotter, Broughton, Barrow, Hibaldstow, Winterton, Barton, Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Immingham and Laceby.
