A further attempt is being made to gain approval to change the use of a North Lincolnshire pub, which would means its loss to the local community.
Permission is being sought to create a "fully residental single dwelling" at the Dolphin in Althorpe, near the A18.
Martin Moat, who is seeking permission from North Lincolnshire Council, has told planners the pub has been closed for more than two years, due to lack of support from the village.
