The following offender was dealt with at the Court Centre in Laneham Street, Scunthorpe, with North Lincolnshire magistrates hearing the matter and passing sentence:
JAMES ANDREW MOBBS, 32, of Greens Close, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.
