The following offender was dealt with at the Court Centre in Laneham Street, Scunthorpe, with North Lincolnshire magistrates hearing the matter and passing sentence:
ALAN COOPER, 56, of Merlin Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to assault. He was given a 12-month community order with a seven-day curfew requirement and a rehabilitation activity requirement, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85.
