UNIONS representing workers on the Scunthorpe steelworks have responded to a public consultation on the future of the British Steel Pension Scheme (BSPS).
A joint response to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) consultation was submitted by the three main steel trade unions Community, GMB and Unite, which make up the National Trade Union Steel Coordinating Committee (NTUSCC).
